UPS delivery man deliveried my shoes to another city, and I called AMAZON customer service, the AMAZON customer representive called UPS immediately and gave me the feedback from UPS. So UPS deliveried the shoes next day to my door. And the AMAZON sent me a email expressing that they should replace the products, however they have no this brand of shoes in stock, so they reimbersed me the money I spent on these shoes. I will definitely shop AMAZON again, and I completely recommend AMAZON to my friends.
