Summary: You have to try it!
Comment: I initially bought this to help with weight loss. I can't say it did that much on that level. What I did find is that this product does great job at keep a body "regular." All signs of IBS are gone when this product is consumed on a daily basis. I usually combine a cup of frozen mixed berries, splenda, 8 oz of sparling water and three tablespoons of Hi Maize.
