I can see my body tone and my arms and abs are cut only after 3 weeks of regular exercising and this product. I'm now 130 pounds and I only take two capsules two times day, that is enough for me.

The fist time I used it I lost a few inches off my waist and I consider that a successful trial.
However....
If you suffer from insomnia, don't even bother taking this because you will NOT sleep.
If you suffer from any kind of anxiety or if you get panic attacks.
DO NOT take this.
If you take any kind of anti depressants, don't take this.
Of all the above things the only thing I suffer from is chronic insomnia and this product kept me up constantly.
That's why I stopped taking it.
Other side effects.
You will sweat, shake, people WILL notice.
I guess, is it really worth it folks?
I say no, not with all the side effects.
And you know what morons most people are.
That's why ephedra was banned to begin with.
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSAGE!!!
But you know the old American attitude of, more is better.
Soon enough the ephedra crowd started to drop from heart attacks because people were abusing the product.
Don't be a moron. Use this product the way it was intended if you plan on using it at all.
With the proper diet, the weight may come off a tad slower but it will still come off.
This product is not a "miracle" pill.
You can't scarf down a twenty LB. bag of chips and think the pill will still make you lose weight.

It's relatively effective but has too many side effects.
