Summary: Backyard Campfire
Comment: This is a heavy duty outdoor fireplace. It does not have the elegance of copper or the newer simulated stone fireplaces. This product is highly flexible, it accommodates full size logs at a proper height for a good fire. Some fireplaces have a small fire box which limits the size of the fire to the point that you can not generate a lot of heat or use the safety screen on the fireplace.
This is my second fireplace from this manufacturer. I would recommend two improvements to this item. One would be an access door so that you do not have to lift the lid the add more wood (or to roast marshmallows). The second would be to make the wire mesh heavier as it oxidizes a little too quickly. This second issue is easily improved by spraying the mesh with fire resistant paint before using the product.
Both of these issues are minor problems and are mentioned in the hopes that the manufacturer improves the product by the time that I am ready to purchase a replacement for my current fireplace.
BTW, I shopped extensively before purchasing this current fireplace. It has by far the best combination of features which I desired in an outdoor fireplace.

Comment: This is a rather cheaply made product from China, it is wobbly but does the job. I would have been happier if it were made from a heavier gauge of steel.

Comment: Great Product. Easy to assemble. UPS delivered the box in damaged condition, but the Fire Pit was packed very good by manufacturer and no damage to product.
