Delicious & Easy To Make

Editorial Reviews:

A combination of delicate Blue Crab meat with bits of hickory-smoked Edwards' Virginia ham, potatoes and corn to create a sensationally smooth and creamy chowder. Just add cream or milk. 15 oz. tin serves four.

Summary: Dismal
Comment: I know a lot of hyperbole shows up in Amazon reviews, but this is really one of the worst soups I have ever had. So salty I couldn't taste what little ingredients there are in it. Mostly it is just dingy gray water bound up with modified food starch. Presumably Blue Bay Crab Co. hoped asking the preparer to mix it with a full can of half & half would mask the terrible quality. When I emptied it down my sink to a home more befitting this garbage, there was probably less than a quarter of a cup of solid ingredients (mostly corn) left in the trap. Far worse than the store brand chowder you can get at your local megamart.
