Summary: Greater than I expected.
Comment: I bought this because I needed something to help me in the shower. I always kept getting water, shampoo or conditioner up my nose... and those nights I was completely stopped up, I could not breath at all. So I decided to get this Speedo Nose Clip, and it keeps my nose air tight, nothing can get up there. So now my sinuses no longer have to suffer from the water, shampoo, etc. And when I go swimming, I'll be sure to take this along with me.

Comment: Im a long time swimmer, synchronized and lap swimming... these are a staple for me - the new plastic ones don't work. I have been unable to find them in stores anywhere in the SF Bay Area. Nice to be able to depend on getting the "hard to find" items on Amazon. Amazon Rocks! Thanks!

Comment: I use these noseclips for freediving world record attempts. They have never slipped or come off during a freedive (which would be disastrous).

Comment: I used this without any issue for weeks in an indoor pool, and they were doing their job very nicely! However, on my first open-water swim (a moderate current river) they fell off after about 300 meters. Good while they lasted, but sadly they couldn't weather anything rougher then a pool and stay on.
