Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Be Careful Comment: We installed this system with line of site to the cell tower. When standing on the roof next to the outside antenna I had 3 bars of signal. After installation, inside I still could not get even 1 bar. It didn't matter if I stood 1 foot, 10 feet, or 50 feet from the inside antenna, no signal. I called CellAntenna 5 times over a one week period before I was finally connected with someone in tech support. The tech was absolutely no help. He couldn't offer a single suggestion. If you buy this directly from CellAntenna they will charge you a 20% restocking fee when you return it no matter the reason. Customer Rating: Summary: Repeater pulled out by carrier Comment: When I first purchased this product to improve coverage in our office I was under the impression that it was OKed by my carrier. Once we installed it and saw minimal improvement we contacted our carrier and told them our coverage was still poor despite the repeater we had installed. They told us that this repeater was not approved for their network and we had to remove it immediately. This was not a good experience nor was it a good way to get better coverage. More Reviews
